I am a NYC native, born and raised in The Bronx, NY. Since being licensed to create in 2010, I’ve been featured in Vogue Korea, Seventeen magazine, and MTV online.
I’ve managed one of NYC’s biggest hair salons for 5 years and provided business training to multiple hairstylists who are now independent business owners themselves. Growing up, I was intrigued by how a simple change in hairstyle would bring out instant confidence and gratitude in my friends and family.
From that moment forward, I’ve been obsessed with transforming every texture into a work of art, while keeping hair and scalp care at the forefront. PHD Studio is an inclusive salon specializing in K-tip extensions, lived-in color, corrective color, and high-impact fashion tones.
